Since all Goynaghor pieces are handcrafted, our dispatch time may vary slightly depending on the collection.
- Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
- Other Regions: 7–10 business days
- Custom or Personalized Orders: 10–15 business days

Packaging & Presentation
Every unboxing should feel like a celebration.
Your jewellery is packed in hand-textured eco-friendly boxes, cushioned with natural fillers and wrapped in soft tissue. Each box is sealed with Goynaghor's signature care card and, if selected, a personalized note from the founder.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.
Shipping Charges
Fair, simple, transparent.
We offer free standard shipping across India for all prepaid orders above ₹999. A small delivery fee may apply for COD or remote-location orders. Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout — no hidden costs, ever.
Delays & Exceptions
Handcrafted, not hurried.
As our jewellery is handmade in small batches, minor delays may occur during festivals, bulk orders, or custom requests. We promise transparency and will keep you informed in case of any change in your delivery timeline.
Note: Unforeseen weather, courier disruptions, or natural calamities may occasionally affect shipping schedules — we appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Wrong Deliveries
If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info.goynaghor@gmail.com with clear images and order details. We'll assess the issue and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund — as part of our handcrafted care guarantee.
