While every creation is made to perfection, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why our return policy is built on one simple principle — fairness with compassion.

Every imperfection is a fingerprint, not a flaw.

All Goynaghor jewellery is handmade by artisans, so slight variations in colour, pattern, or texture are natural and part of its beauty. These are not manufacturing defects but marks of authenticity.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return your Goynaghor piece if…

  • You received a damaged, broken, or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item or size.
  • You reported the issue within 24 hours of delivery with images and order details.

Note: Returns are not applicable for:

  • Minor handmade variations in colour, shape, or texture.
  • Custom-made or personalized pieces.
  • Items purchased on sale, giveaway, or discount events.

How to Initiate a Return

Just three simple steps.

  1. Email us: Send an email to info.goynaghor@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Attach photos: Include clear images of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team reviews: We'll verify and arrange the return, replacement, or repair. Once approved, you'll receive detailed return instructions via email.

We request you to keep the original packaging intact until your return is processed.

Replacement & Exchange

We'll replace it, repair it, or make it up to you.

If your return is approved, we'll send you a replacement piece (subject to availability). In case the item is unavailable, we'll offer:

  • A similar product of your choice, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Note: Replacements may take 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

Refunds

When a return becomes a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

Return Shipping

We'll guide you every step of the way.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Goynaghor will bear the return shipping costs. For other cases, customers may be responsible for return courier charges.

Please use a reliable, trackable shipping service when returning your order to ensure safe delivery.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? We understand.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven't been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

In Case of Custom or Bespoke Orders

Made especially for you.

Custom or bespoke jewellery pieces are created uniquely for each client and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.

We ensure clear communication and approval at every stage before final production.
