Our Refund Philosophy

Each Goynaghor creation carries hours of human effort and emotion.

Refunds are offered only when necessary — in cases of verified damage, defect, or error in delivery. We ensure every request is reviewed carefully and resolved fairly, respecting both you and the artisan behind your jewellery.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if…

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your product arrived in unsatisfactory condition and the issue was reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Normal handmade variations (colour, shape, or pattern).
  • Custom or bespoke orders.
  • Sale or giveaway items.
  • Late reporting beyond 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

We've made the process as simple as possible.

  1. Email us at info.goynaghor@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
  3. Our team will verify and contact you within 2–3 working days. Once approved, we'll process your refund, exchange, or replacement as per your choice.

Please retain original packaging until your refund process is complete.

Refund Process & Timeline

Here's how your refund flows.

  • Processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Issued via your original payment method.
  • Confirmed through an email notification.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may apply.

  • Only part of an order is returned.
  • Packaging or accessories are missing.

We'll communicate any such deductions transparently before final processing.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain pieces are made just for you.

  • Custom-made jewellery.
  • Personalized gift items.
  • Limited edition festival or giveaway pieces.

We ensure full clarity on such items during your purchase journey.

Cancellations & Pre-Shipment Refunds

Changed your mind before shipping?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Refunds for cancellations are processed in 3–5 business days via your original payment method. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation and refund are not possible.
