  1. What makes Goynaghor jewellery special? Every piece of Goynaghor jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans from Bengal using natural materials like clay, onyx, agate, shells, and beads. Each creation carries human touch, cultural heritage, and emotional value — no two pieces are ever identical.
  2. How do I place an order? Simply visit our Shop page, explore your preferred collection, and click "Add to Cart." Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery date.
  3. Do you offer nationwide shipping? Yes! We ship across India. Each piece is carefully packed in sustainable, protective packaging to ensure it reaches you safely. Shipping Time: Within metro cities: 4–6 business days, Other regions: 7–10 business days.
  4. How can I track my order? Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also use our [Track Your Order] page to check the current status anytime.
  5. What payment options are available? We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments. Cash-on-Delivery may be available for select pin codes.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because handmade deserves fairness — for you and for us.

  1. Can I return or exchange my jewellery? Since each Goynaghor piece is handcrafted and unique, returns are accepted only in cases of damage or defect reported within 24 hours of delivery. We'll happily repair, replace, or refund after verification. Note: Colour and texture variations are natural in handmade products — and make them special.
  2. How do refunds work? Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
  3. Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been shipped yet. To cancel, email us at info.goynaghor@gmail.com with your order details.

Jewellery Care & Authenticity

Because care extends beyond the purchase.
